For math this week, we will be discovering one to one correspondence. We will be counting on and also writing our numbers 1-8. They are doing a great job with math, especially the dot plates. Students were shown a series of dots on a paper plate and asked to give a number that was more, less, or equal. What a fantastic job they did! As practice, they did this activity again with their bear counters. Monday, we will be reviewing the colors blue, green, yellow, and red using pattern blocks and also creating patterns with them. Students will be working with a partner to count on using a 5 Frame plus much more!
